This information is designed to help you understand important government
assessments that support your child’s learning journey through primary school
We are committed to providing high-quality education within a caring and
supportive community and we assess the children through formative (in the
classroom during lessons) and summative (end of unit or termly written
assessments). The children will also sit statutory government assessments at
various stages of their primary education. These leaflets are designed to help
you understand the important government assessments that support your
child’s learning journey at our school. We believe that openness and
