Carers

Age UK's Information and advice service provides free, up-to-date, independent information, advice and support on all issues of concern to older people, their families, friends and carers.

The service is primarily provided via telephone, but if you would rather speak to someone in person, give them a call and arrange a time to drop in. This is a confidential and impartial service that promotes independence and wellbeing by giving older people the information and advice they need to make informed decisions.

They understand that everyone is unique, so they talk to people about their needs in depth, which enables them to uncover any additional ways they can help. Their Information & advice service acts as a preventative measure, as well as a cure.

How to access the service

You can speak to one of their information and advice officers by calling the offices during opening times. If they are not able to answer your call during these hours, please do leave a message and they will get back to you.

By phone: 01296 431 911

By email: age@ageukbucks.org.uk

Some activities are suspended, however Carers Bucks are still able to offer telephone support if you need to talk to someone about your caring role during these difficult times.
